You will form your trainees in real-life conditions

The aim of our ReachStacker simulator is to safely train operators to understand certain points of vigilance that may be encountered in real-life conditions, such as:

  • Outdoor and warehouse work
  • Curved or right-angled turns
  • Containers of varying weights and dimensions
  • Hanging/dropping containers at the top of a pile
  • Hanging/placing a container on a truck
  • The sequence of pick and place operations
  • Working at night or in fog

You will measure and monitor your trainees’ results

During practice sessions, our simulator measures the driver’s skills according to certain criteria and objectives, including:

  • Knowledge of the machine
  • Precise maneuvering
  • Precise container removal
  • Time spent to hang the container
  • Average pick-up/drop-off time for a container
  • Safe driving
  • Understanding and respecting abacuses

You will analyze the development of skills, generate individual assessments and evaluations of acquirements.

Our simulators are connected live to our supervision software (GSTA), allowing you to import, store trainee data and export their results at any time, according to the training path you have assigned to them: we have a panel of predefined, turnkey and customizable curricula designed to train port terminal operators.
